STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Validity

These terms apply to the product sales services provided to you by The Path Of Health Limited.  Any amendments to these terms will be promptly announced by the Company on the website's "Notice Board."

2. Contract Between You and Us

The Path Of Health Limited  reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order in the event of obvious errors regarding products or orders, or due to out-of-stock situations (see Clause 4 below). The Path Of Health Limited  reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered.

3. Pricing and Product Information

Product pricing and details are specified for each item. This information is subject to change without prior notice (though we strive to ensure its accuracy). Should the price of an item change after your order has been confirmed, the website will notify you via email; unless the website cancels the order, the customer may decide whether or not to cancel it.

4. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the delivery address you specify. Delivery will take place within 2 to 7 working days following order confirmation.

5. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If, for any reason, any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
